What to expect during your planning session
Travel Vision Consultation
Your planning journey begins with a personalized conversation centered around you. During this step, we take time to understand your travel style, preferences, priorities, and what your ideal vacation looks like. We will also review any required travel documentation and gather the details needed to create your client profile.
Personalized Itinerary
Review
Once we have identified the best-fit travel experience, we will review your itinerary together, make any needed updates, and finalize your arrangements. Passenger details will be collected at this stage, and you will also receive a travel insurance quote along with the required form to accept or decline coverage. A payment link and any necessary payment authorization forms will also be provided.
Final Trip Preparation
After your trip has been paid in full, you will receive your finalized itinerary, travel documents, and any applicable boarding passes. This final step is designed to make sure you feel prepared, informed, and confident before departure, with time to review important travel details and ask any remaining questions.

She specializes in curated group getaways, intentional escapes, and ocean-inspired travel experiences designed to bring people together, encourage connection, and create lasting memories.
